Enforcement and Publication of Local Lists in UAE: Terrorism Lists Regulation and Implementation of UN Security Council Resolutions on the Suppression and Combating of Terrorism, Terrorist Financing, Countering the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and its Financing and Relevant Resolutions Abrogating: Cabinet Decision No. 20 dated 25/02/2019.

Enforcement and Publication of Local Lists

1- Decisions to list, de-list and re-list on Local Lists, and to update such lists shall be effective from the date of their issuance, or from the date determined by the Cabinet, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

2- Decisions to list, de-list and re-list on Local Lists, and to update such lists shall be published in the media, in both Arabic and English, as per the regulations established by the Council.

The publication of local lists in United Arab Emirates is mandatory which is helpful in Suppression and Combating of Terrorism, Terrorist Financing, Countering the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and its Financing.

The Enforcement and Publication of Local Lists in United Arab Emirates, their Decisions to list, de-list and re-list on Local Lists, and to update such lists shall be effective from the date of their issuance, or from the date determined by the Cabinet, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
